Blagov Yu. E. Specifics of Applying Integrative Social Contracts Theory to the Analysis of Russian Business Ethics

This article deals with applying Integrative Social Contract Theory (ISCT) to the analysis of Russian business ethics. The assumption that the existing practice of ISCT follows the «letter» of the concept rather than it's «spirit», is proved. The need to consider specific features of stakeholders’ expectations in transforming society as well as changes in the business-society paradigm as a whole is substantiated.
