Ovsyanko D. V. Quality Strategy and Specifics of It’s Implementation in Russia

This article considers well-known elements of quality strategy and their applying to Russia. The author tried to provide Total Quality Management issues from the strategic point of view. The author upholds the idea that all the attempts to develop and implement the ISO 9000 based contemporary Quality System without building general company’s strategy and using basic tools of regular management are having no prospects.
