This article deals with the experience of introduction of processual approach in Russian «RASTRO» company that started preparation for ISO 9000 certification in Spring, 2001. Authors, being involved in the process as consultants, adopted and applied the method of business-process definition «Process Quality Management» conducting seminars for company managers. Stages of business-process definition are described, main issues are analyzed, and recommendations for Russian companies introducing the processual approach are developed.
