Denisov A. F. Managerial Interaction as a Problem of Personnel Management

This article considers managerial interaction that is well-known as a social and psychological aspect of the organizational activity. The author provides a definition of this phenomena, examines managerial interaction in Russian companies and analyzes different approaches to interaction in Russian and European management traditions. Models of "win-win" strategy are also described.
