Organizational and Psychological Factors of Managerial Activity Personification (Russian Experience) This article presents the description and analysis of complex characteristic of Russian managers' professional and psychological qualities, interiorizated structure of professional activity of different groups of managers in Russian companies. Russian managers' prior organizational and psychological orientations in Human Resources Management (HRM) and their influence on the effectiveness of organizations and enterprises are analyzed.
