Golyakov S. M. Business Planning in Small and Middle Enterprises

This article examines methodical aspects of business planning as an instrument of management in small and middle enterprises. Some certain types of business plans are suggested for management of an enterprise. In the focus of all system of business planning is a management business plan, and the biggest part of the article is devoted to the method of it’s working out. The other part of the system of business planning includes wide range of business plans of projects and business plans for special purposes, which allow to make well-grounded decisions for investments and other aspects of management.
