Petrov M. A. The Stakeholder Theory: Ways of Practical Use

This article deals with study of opportunities and methods for stakeholder theory use in strategic management problems solving. Main theses of theory and models based on them that are better adopted for practice are considered here. The experience of consulting practice concerned with the stakeholder theory instruments used for strategic management is described as experiment. Analysis of the experience gives some conclusions about the theory’s theses and instruments use for strategic management problems solving and outlines promising ways of its development.
