Louckashevich I. V. Problems of the Effective Insurance Defense against the Terrorism Threats: The State and Private Insurance Companies Interaction

This article examines the problem of insurance defense against the terrorism threats. Based on the tragic events of September, 11, 2001 consequences analysis and theoretical studies of issues, connected with the terrorism threats insurance defense, the author comes to the conclusion about the necessity of direct participation of the state in the terrorism risks covering activity to become really effective. Possible corresponding forms of such participation institutional solutions are proposed.
