This article describes markets for pet products in USA, Europe and Russia. Contained data demonstrates various levels of pet business development in these regions. The author finds out main tendencies and peculiarities, which characterize American, European and Russian pet products markets. The article defines different global trends, such as the population upsurge, urbanization, greater awareness of pets needs, that will determine the future increasing of animals kept as pets and therefore extending of the global pet business.
