Libo M. G., Kosheleva S. V. Telework as a New Form of Personnel Management in Virtual Type Organizations

This article considers the telework phenomenon that displays the intersection of two most important fields of the contemporary management — Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT). The telework concept presents both a new work paradigm and a new form of personnel management in virtual type organizations. Quantitative analyzes of HR systems at three different types of virtual organizations is illustrated as an example.
