Company’s Relationships with Clients on B2B Markets: Basic Research Directions The article provides the analysis of the research status in the field of managing company’s relationships with clients on B2B markets. The article reviews some key theoretical concepts and gives a classification of existing models on managing company’s relationships. Based on the overviewed methodological approaches towards examination of interfirm relationships on B2B markets an analysis of some perspective directions for further research in this field as applied to Russian companies was given. |
