Transforming Management: The Strategy of Organization Management in Contemporary Conditions Classical conceptions of strategic management developed in the second half of the 20th century no longer conform to new conditions of business environment. Today we have every right to speak about the emergence of new strategic management which aims to ensure timely transformation of a company rather than its long-term survival. Formal strategic planning is currently being replaced by self-organization based on general understanding of the future.
