Shekova E. L. Fundraising Development in Russia: Methodological Aspects

The article observes the problems of development of the new management direction in Russia — fundraising. The main attention is paid to the evolution of the concept of fundraising in Russia and the first results of its appliance. This article is based on the research of the fundraising programs of the state nonprofit cultural organizations in Moscow and St. Petersburg during the period 2000–2002.
