Shirokova G. V. The Main Directions of Research in Organizational Life Cycle Theory

Analysis of main directions of research in organizational life cycle theory is presented in this article. Basics of organizational life cycle concept were examined from a view point of four stages model. Main trends of the research in organizational life cycle theory and its correlation with different spheres in management theory were analyzed using characteristics of mentioned model. Some suggestions were made regarding prospective directions for the research in organizational life cycle theory.
