The Competitiveness of Trade Service Authors of this article suggest a new method to evaluate the competitiveness of trade service of retail trade enterprises. Its novelty consists in complex approach to consideration competitiveness of trade service and utilization of the great potential of customers’ satisfaction. Thanks to this new approach authors distinguished four groups of main competitiveness factors and their value indexes without duplication. The usage of this method by retail trade enterprises will permit them to win in competition. |
