Tsyplyaeva N. I. Problems of the Compulsory Pension Supply System in Context of the Reform

The article observes the results of the pension reform, which is being carried out in Russia now. The article analyzes the change of the compulsory pension providing system during the 2002–2004 period, defines the perspectives, formulates the main problems of its development. The main attention is paid to the forming of the accumulating part of the pension system and to the improvement of the investment system of the accumulated pension financial resources, to the improvement of the activity of the private and state institutes in this process.
