Nalivaisky V. Y., Tsoy R. A. On Assessment of Corporate Governance Influence on Market Capitalization of Russian Companies

The article shows the results of empirical research of the influence of the quality of corporate governance on the market capitalization of Russian companies. Multiple regression analysis models with in time and branch analysis were used in the research. It is concluded, that the described model, based on estimation procedure of correct book value, which takes into account investment attractiveness of the company can explain market stock prices in the conditions of Russian market.
