Bakulev A. V. Critical Analysis of Optimal Capital and Ownership Structure

This article presents and analyses the main concepts existing in a theory of optimal capital and ownership structure. It points out that nowadays so called «specific human assets» without any exaggeration play the most important role in business. It is suggested to develop the ownership and capital structure theory taking into consideration the influence of human capital distribution. According to that new problems and conditions are formulated.
