This article provides results of the comparative pilot study in electronic corpo-rate governance. The important part of e-corporate governance concept is transparency of the company. A quality analysis of corporate web sites is conducted from the standpoint of disclosing substantial information about the company to the wide range of stakeholders. Authors make conclusions concerning interrelation between national models of corporate governance and the information transparency of companies.
