Zavyalova E. K. Non-Material Stimulation in Modern HR Systems of Russian Firms

The article is dedicated to the exploration of non-material methods in the general system of labor activity stimulation. Non-material stimuli are considered in capacity of regulation tools for the organizational behavior. Here, below is discussed non-material stimulation meaning in modern conceptions and management practices, such as: Talent Management, Performance Management, Lean Manufacturing. The research results of peculiar implementation non-material stimulating methods are analyzed.
