The authors affirms that there is interconnection between the change of consumers value structure and business structure (corporations architecture). The change of business structure leads to arising of new organization forms outsourcing, franchising, networks and etc. The focus of the research is modern Business Organization Methodology (in forms of Corporations) based on analysis and optimization of the Consumers Value Creation Chain. The authors consider the problems of Business Organization in Construction Industry.
