A. T. Yusupova. Leasing as a Method of Capital Assets Finance: Sources of Efficiency and Influence on the Structure of Firm's Capital

Paper deals with lease finance of fixed assets in Russia. Leasing is compared with credit and pure purchase. Sources of effect of lease finance are discussed; special attention is paid to the effects which don’t depend on short time privileges. The possibilities of lease combination with credit and purchase are analyzed. Results of simulation experiments are presented, some recommendations are formulated. Special recommendations are addressed to financially strong firms.
