A. D. Chanko. Teambuilding in Modern Organizations: Interdiscipline Psychology and Management Synthesis

The article is devoted to the consideration of different theoretical aspects of teambuilding in the modern organizations, such as key definitions and classifications of team kinds. As a result of comparison of some isolated definitions existing in the literature and attributes of teams as form of the organization of work, the author formulates the problem of mismatch of the theoretical approaches which are carried out within the limits of special both psychological, and economic researches of modern teams activity. Whithin the interdisciplinary approach in the article are accented and characterized problems of adaptation widespread administrative an expert during transition to team forms of the organization of work.
