Features of Team-Role Interaction of Middle- and Top-Managers of an International and the Russian Companies In article comparative research of features of team-role behaviour of managers of international and the Russian companies and its influence on efficiency of interaction of managers for achievement of the organizational purposes is presented. The empirical data are obtained, allowing to differentiate a models of command-role behaviour of the managers, caused by their gender and professional belonging. The opportunity of diagnostic and prognostic utilization of a technique for an evaluation (estimation) of efficiency of managers’ professional behaviour (command interaction) is investigated. << Contents: Issue 4, 2007 ![]() |
