The Activity of Public Medical Organizations in Russian Healthcare System The current paper analyzes the activity of public medical organizations in compulsory health insurance system in Russia. A conception of «exit», «voice» and «loyalty» by A. Hirschman is used to reveal the position of health care consumers. On the basis of conducted researches the present article proves the idea that health care organizations present «lazy monopoly». It also suggests actions «to overcome laziness» in public medical organizations, while some of them have been implemented recently. << Contents: Issue 4, 2007 |
