Kotelkin S. V. Lecture Course «International Financial Management» in Business Education System

The paper offers presentation of lecture course «International Financial Management» prepared by author on the basis of approach, widespread in world leading business schools, (with considering specifics of Russian business in framework of emerging financial market) and being taught in Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University in graduate and postgraduate programs. This presentation is devoted to arm students in course studying, and lecturers of universities, specialized in the field of management and finance. Paper deals with general concept of course, overview of approaches to lecturing of analogous disciplines in world leading universities, short description of basic themes (corporate currency investment governance, international corporate fundraising decisions, foreign exchange risk management), including advices for teaching methods.
