The Socio-Cultural Approach to the Analysis of the Company System of Values In the article within the frames of the socio-cultural approach to management of employees of the project organizations the parity and interaction of organizational and corporate cultures are considered. The phenomenon of corporate culture is analyzed in a context of system of values, the installations causing the attitude of the personnel to values of the company. The phenomenon of flight from corporate culture as one of effects of valuable pressure upon employees from the organization entering rigid system valual of filled requirements to the personnel is considered.
