Svetlanova Zh. V. It Is Nice to Have a Cottage in a Village

This case considers the problem of new price segment development on the market of cottage settlements in Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya oblast. In 2005 several companies introduced a range of econom-class cottage settlements for mass customers. The main advantage of this settlements were relatively low prices. Yet despite of many expert judgements that this segment is very perpective, current situation shows slow race of sales. It makes think about builders' marketing activity effectiveness.
