Belyakov V. G. The Closed Joint Stock Company and Limited Liability Company — Two Forms of Conducting Business: Experience of Comparative Analysis

The present article is devoted to the comparative analysis of two forms of conducting business most widespread in Russia — CSC and LLC. The reference to the given subject is necessary not only because these forms are widely spread, but also there is a necessity to consider the essential advantages and disadvantages of these forms, to analyze risks and possible losses; moreover, it is usual practice for management and economic literature to understand these two forms as equal ones. In addition, the author puts the task to reveal those characteristics of closed structures, which are very meaningful for preserving and protecting business from unfriendly taking over.
