The Closed Joint Stock Company and Limited Liability Company — Two Forms of Conducting Business: Experience of Comparative Analysis The present article is devoted to the comparative analysis of two forms of conducting business most widespread in Russia — CSC and LLC. The reference to the given subject is necessary not only because these forms are widely spread, but also there is a necessity to consider the essential advantages and disadvantages of these forms, to analyze risks and possible losses; moreover, it is usual practice for management and economic literature to understand these two forms as equal ones.
