The paper is devoted to the problem of assessing relationship quality — one of the key research issues in industrial markets. The main theoretical theories are presented and discussed within comparative analysis of the features of relationship quality and the factors, determining its formation. An original research model is developed and tested on a samples of Russian industrial firms operating in various industrial sectors.
