The St. Petersburg Chart Paper Factory: A New Strategy for a Vanishing Market (case-study) The case is devoted to the analysis of the situation, which has developed on the chart paper market, as well as the consideration of what alternative strategies exist in these conditions for the St. Petersburg Chart Paper Factory. For those divisions, which were experiencing a decline in sales, the company came face to face with the need to choose a strategy for long-term development, which required a focus on a specific market segment and the transformation of the internal environment for the successful realization of the scenario chosen for the company’s development.
