Issue 2, 2009Latuha M. O. Executive Team’s Development: Evidence from Russian Companies The article considers major approaches to organizing and training top executives in Russian companies. The author points out that existing approaches can limit opportunities for team competencies and cooperation tools development. The article analyzes features of training system for executive teams and defines priorities in decision making process for HR professionals when organizing top management training systems. The work consists of theoretical concepts overview and based on empirical research of Russian companies.
