Concentration in the Wholesale PowerMarket in Russia: Determination and Analysis One of the goals of power industry restructuring is introduction of competition to the industry. It is possible only in case when the level of concentration in power markets is not very high. We offer the results of our analysis of concentration in the wholesale market of electric energy in Russia. The analysis was held relying on different approaches to definition of size and borders of the firm, and market borders.
