Zamulin A. L. The New Look at the Leader’s Followers: Theory and Management Practice

In the recent decade the approach with special attention to followers has become a new trend. The Leader-centered approach is estimated as insufficient for holistic understanding of the relationships between leaders and followers. The work considers theoretical questions of relations between the leader and followers. The author’s consulting experience in this sphere is generalized, methodological bases for the further research of such relations are discussed.
