Issue 3, 2010Ilyin V. Yu. Organizational Power Issue: Current Status and Subsequent Research Directions. This article reviews Russian and foreign management literature devoted to research of organizational power. This article also considers evolution of organizational power`s notion, intension of organizational power. The intension of organizational power uncovers oneself by means of power constituents (hierarchy, centralization, formalization, leadership, conflict). One attends to organizational power system that appears in interrelations among power constituents.
