Reznichenko N. V. Public-Private Partnership Models.

Public-private partnership (PPP) matter is one of the popular topics today in Russia, which is widely discussed on the different levels of public authorities. Nevertheless question on terminology and the essence of PPP mechanism so far still remains debatable. The paper specifies the term of PPP mechanism and provides the analysis of public-private partnership models evolution, examines the areas of PPP application and PPP models specific characters, along with discussion of possibilities to use the variety of existing PPP models within Russian legal framework.
