Chukhlomin V. D. On New National Educational Standards and International Comparisons.

A new «third generation» national educational standard of the Russian Federation is considered in the context of global trends in business education and compared with educational standards and requirements for bachelors programs in the field of business administration in the State University of New York (SUNY). A principal comparability of Russian and American approaches is demonstrated; a generic double degree program developed by the author is discussed; potential directions for improvement of the new national educational standards are suggested.
