V. K. Dermanov. Development Management as Structural Transformation Management

The article offers an approach that allows in terms of substance to demonstrate the difference between such notions as «economic growth» and «economic development». In the presented concept the notion of «development» is expressed in the growth, structural changes, as well as in the uneven growth of both the whole and its parts.
