E. G. Kalabina, E. A. Aleksandrova. Policy of Development and Training of the Personnel of the Economic Organization: Estimation of Effectiveness (Experience of the Industrial Companies of the Ural Region)

This article investigates the processes of implementation of the policy development staff of economic organizations in a changing institutional logic control system of relations «employee — the employer» in the form of additional training. Disclosed to the theoretical framework of the study of additional training, conducted an empirical analysis of policy development and training for a group of industrial companies of the Sverdlovsk region, proposed methodological approach to assess the impact of additional vocational training. On the basis of econometric estimates of returns from investments in various forms of additional professional training, recommendations for its integration policy for the development of staff in improving the functioning of the system of relations «employee — the employer».
