The Massa-K Firm: The Russian Leading Producer of Electronic Scales (Case Study) This case is designated for the practical work of students of the Strategic Management course. The subject of the evaluation is a medium-size hi-tech Russian manufacturing firm that is the leader of its industry. The main problem under consideration is how to give a firm the ability to compete in various periods of its development and in various market conditions, in competition with Russian and foreign rivals. The case allows students to try out the practical value of the instrumentation of strategic analysis in the study of internal and external environments and competitive strategy motifs and selection.
