Issue 3, 2014Zenkevich N. A. , Koroleva A. F. , Mamedova Zh. A. Methodology of Evaluation of Joint Venture’s Stability. In the paper we present a methodology of joint venture (JV) stability evaluation. The methodology is based on the stability concept proposed by authors. The methodology allows providing analysis of stability for each of its’ components: external and internal which in turn consists of motivational, strategic and dynamic parts. The advantage of such approach is the opportunity of uncovering the components that causes instability and thus, of taking actions for their stabilization. The proposed methodology is developed for decision support in companies when providing retrospective and perspective analysis of existing JV or when providing perspective analysis of stability JV that are in the stage of establishment. Specifically, the usage of the methodology in regard to JV in the process of creation allows receiving correct edition of cooperative agreement that enables securing of JV stability. The methodology is illustrated by providing retrospective analysis of Renault and Nissan companies strategic alliance stability.
