Zamulin A. L. Leadership in the Knowledge Age.

This paper examines the new socio-economic conditions of environment and the resulting demands for leadership in the XXI century. The main trends of leadership development in the transition from the industrial economy to the knowledge economy are described. The features of power manifestation in knowledge-creating companies are analyzed. The research explores the effectiveness of different leadership styles in the era of knowledge.
