Belyakov V. G. The Course «Analysis and Explanation of the Legal Acts and Contracts» as a Necessary Part of Management Education

This article states the necessity of including the new course «Analysis and explanation of the legal acts and contracts» in the process of management education. The importance of this subject as a final stage of the law program for managers is obvious because of the complexity of Russian business law. Knowledge and skills, that students get while studying the course, are required in the practical activity of managers. The most important in this course is to underline the legal acts and contracts that are used in the business law.
