Abramkov A. E. Budgeting in Management of Organization

This article is devoted to the place of budgeting in management of organizations. The classification of budgeting methods is given. Organizational aspects of budgeting implementation are discussed from theoretical and practical points of view. The situation with implementation of budgeting in Russian companies is analyzed. The results of companies’ poll for budgeting implementation and recommendations for dealing with problems, associated with this process are examined.
