Scherbina V. V., Filonovich S. R. Human Resources Management: Content of Activities and Problems of Development

This article considers the rationale of the emphasis on the human resources management as a special area of management education. Comparative analysis of two concepts: «personnel management» and «human resources management» is given. A subject of activities in human resources management and main directions of those activities are determined. On that basis a conclusion about the structure of professional education in the field of human resources management in the universities is made.
