Sofronova O. B. Foreign Management Technologies’ Adaptation in Russian Companies

The article is dedicated to a widely discussed problem in Russian scientific literature — the problem of foreign management technologies adaptation. In the article basic approaches to questions of necessity and scale of adaptation existing in Russian and foreign literature are examined and an original approach to management technology adaptation with reference to the specificity of Russian companies’ internal and external environment is presented.
