Zhao Hui Jun. Perception of «Glass Ceiling» and Justice of Employees Promotion Procedures at Chinese Enterprises

This article is devoted to investigation correlation between perception of «glass ceiling» and justice of employees’ promotion procedures was carried out among Chinese employees and their attitude to their position at enterprises. Interrogation results confirm the more woman-managers are in organization the less «glass ceiling» perception associate with belong to gender position of employees. Employees’ «glass ceiling» perception connects with their doubts concerning justice of career movement procedures. If employees would have confidence in justice this procedures and career growth perspectives there would not intention to change their work place and leave the organization.
