Designing Process Quality Management Models Based on ISO 9001:2000 Requirements The article analyses the problems of designing process quality management models developed on the basis of ISO 9000 requirements. The main stages of the development and implementation of a process approach to quality management systems in organizations are considered. Upon critical studying literature on processes classification and identification reasons are given to the classification of quality management systems processes based on the principle of its impact on the added cost and added value of the organization itself. The conceptual process model is presented, with the analysis of the results of the process approach implementation in different domestic organizations being taken into account. |
