Leadership, Guidance, and Personnel Management Role Structure in the Organizational Practice of Russian Enterprises The article discusses the prospects for the use of leadership role theory to improve management processes and the regulation of group behavior. It analyzes the specific character of the leadership imparted to the culture of organizations by national features, and introduces arguments to demonstrate the relevance of role differentiation techniques in Russian conditions. Experimental data are adduced with respect to the application of M.
