Denisov A. F. The Competence of the Expert as the Key Factor in an Estimation of the Personnel

The article considers the features of the personnel estimation connected both with a choice of adequate methods of an estimation, and with competence of the experts conducting an estimation of the personnel. The description of the basic mistakes of estimation is given, the opportunity of definition of abilities of experts to the given kind of activity, methods of diagnostics of the specified abilities is considered. The article considers an opportunity of experts' training to process of estimation, i.e. increases of professional competence.
